- Children Must Be Accompanied by an Adult. All children attending this event must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, teacher, group leader, or other authorized adult at all times. Keenan’s Kids Foundation (“KKF”) and AMC personnel are not responsible for child supervision.
- Arrival Time. Attendees should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled movie start time to allow for check-in and seating.
- Food, Snacks, and Allergies. Complimentary snacks and refreshments may be provided. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify KKF of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or special needs prior to the event. Failure to provide advance notice shall be deemed acknowledgment that no such allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or special needs exist. KKF cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Behavior Expectations. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, volunteers, theater staff, and property. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
- Personal Property. KKF and AMC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Transportation. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for arranging transportation to and from the event.
- Photography and Media. Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, educational, fundraising, and social media purposes. Attendance at the event constitutes consent to be photographed or recorded unless written notice is provided to KKF before the event.
- Medical Emergencies. In the event of a medical emergency, KKF may contact emergency services. Any medical treatment and related expenses shall remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
- Compliance with Venue Rules. All attendees must comply with AMC Theatre policies and any instructions provided by KKF volunteers and theater staff.
- Assumption of Responsibility. Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in this event is voluntary and agree to assume responsibility for the safety, conduct, and well-being of their child(ren) during the event.
- Special Accommodations. If a child requires any special accommodation, assistance, or supervision due to a disability, medical condition, or other special need, the parent/guardian or organization representative must notify KKF prior to the event so reasonable accommodations can be considered.
